    Our Kitchen

Our open-air restaurant allows you to take in our natural setting while enjoying local and international dishes. We're open every day of the year, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We're not a fancy restaurant—and we like it that way. What we are is a kitchen run by people who care deeply about food, about Honduras, and about making sure you leave the table happy.

Most of our ingredients come from the farms and markets around Lake Yojoa and the wider region of Central Honduras. Our coffee is 100% from the nearby Santa Barbara mountain and is roasted locally.

    Our Brewery

When we opened D&D, there wasn't a single craft brewery in Honduras. So we built one. We usually have anywhere from 4-6 beers on tap produced on site, from classic ales to fruit-infused inventions—a guaranteed break from bland national beers found elsewhere.

We also carry a number of imported craft and specialty beers from around the world. Beer not your thing? We have a well-stocked bar for all tastes—and be sure to try our homemade, gourmet sodas!
